Inwood Village Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines while visiting Inwood Village:

  1. Respect for the Environment
    Please help keep Inwood Village clean and free of obstructions. Dispose of trash in designated receptacles, and avoid blocking entrances, walkways, and parking areas. Do not tamper with fixtures, floors, or walls, and refrain from causing any damage to the property.
  2. Noise and Disturbance
    To maintain a pleasant atmosphere for everyone, please avoid any disruptive noises, including loud music, broadcasting devices, or flickering lights that can disturb other guests.
  3. Safety and Security
    For the safety of all visitors, please avoid engaging in any unlawful activities or dangerous behavior. The use of illegal substances, loitering, and vandalism are strictly prohibited.
  4. Vehicle and Parking Rules
    To ensure smooth traffic flow, guests should park only in designated areas. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed or fined. Vehicles may not be parked onsite overnight. All vehicles should be in working condition. Any vehicle left onsite for an extended period of time, parked illegally, or not in working order is subject to be towed and/or fined.
  5. Smoking and Vaping
    Smoking and vaping are not permitted on Inwood Village property, including, but not limited to, inside buildings or within the parking lot.
  6. Pets
    While service animals are always welcome, pets are generally not permitted onsite at Inwood Village, unless specified otherwise by individual stores or during special events. All pets should remain on a leash at all times.
  7. Dress and Attire
    Guests are required to wear appropriate attire, including shirts and shoes, while on the premises to ensure a comfortable environment for all.
  8. Compliance with Management
    The management reserves the right to amend or enforce additional rules and guidelines to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Visitors are expected to comply with any requests from management or security personnel.
